7-step migration plan
- Lock your trip scope: destination, dates and confirmed travellers.
- Freeze itinerary edits for one day so your group works from one snapshot.
- Create the trip in NomadCrew and add the confirmed plans to its day-by-day itinerary.
- Invite members with the trip's invite link.
- Add the jobs still to do, such as flights, lodging, visas and day plans, to the trip's shared to-do list.
- Post one message in the trip chat with the cutover date and where to meet.
- Log the first shared cost with a built-in category (Food, Transport, Stay, Activity, Shopping or Other) to check the ledger.
